KTS Handheld UVB Vitiligo/Psoriasis Light Therapy Device

We just completed 15 treatments this morning and we are seeing pigmentation reappear on my 9 year olds vitiligo. The product is easy to use and convenient being at home. So far, I am very happy with this product and the investment we made in it.

I have had psoriasis for 30 years and 16 years ago I had phototherapy at the hospital which worked wonders, but was a faff having to go 3 times a week for 3-4 months. The last year or so it has been awful, but I just kind of accept it now. However, I had a beach holiday abroad booked for July and was dreaded having my skin on show as its widespread. I ordered the lamp in April, as sun and phototherapy is the only thing that has ever worked for me. It took a long time as there were many, many plaques to treat, but I noticed some improvement after a month, but it was only really after the 3 month stage that it looked much better. You really need to have patience and keep going! I felt much more confident while on holiday, and the climate there helped even more. I will use it for maintenance in the future. The photos are before i started using the lamp, after 3 months and then when I returned from my holiday. Its not perfect but so much better. My legs were the worst affected, so I thought they were the best photos to share, but my arms are completely clear now! I have posiaris on my feet and it got swollen that much that I was not able to walk. I was prescribed saliciumacid that is painfull. After the first usage of the lamp I experienced significant reduction of the inflamation. I am happy now I am able to wear shoes again. I am also not a person who likes writting reviews but I thought this deserves one.

Used for around 1 month and the results are superb . I have had treatment at the hospital (around 5 years ago ) for severe psoriasis all over my body which took over 3 months to clear . Had a small break out & didn't want it to get worse , so bought the lamp , brilliant results after around 25 days of use .

Have only been using it for less than 2 weeks, but I am already seeing a difference.

My daughter has psoriasis all over her scalp. We have tried everything over the years between natural creams, medical creams, gluten free diet and steroids (which destroyed her scalp over the long term, she only had two large patches behind her ears, the steroids cleared it and within a month, it spread over her entire head)
We finally tried hyperbaric treatment and the results were fantastic(didnt clear but massively improved) but this treatment is too expensive. We bought the lamp and are SO pleased with the results, its every bit as good as the hyperbaric and its a once off payment. We still rub on coconut oil once a week and leave overnight and scrape off the excess skin but the amount that comes off has halved. We are only 5 weeks into the treatment but are so far extremely please with the results.

I've had chronic psoriasis for several years now and have been prescribed many creams, ointment and treatments but while some eased my psoriasis for a time none of them cleared my skin.
So with some anxiety and dubious about the claims I've seen about uvb treatment I decided I may as well give it a try as nothing else had worked.
I've been using the lamp as the instructions for three weeks and the change in the appearance of my skin is remarkable. Gone are the angry red blotches and flaking skin, with just a few dry patches remaining.
I took photos before I started using the lamp and when put side by side with how my skin is now the difference is clear.
I would have no hesitation recommending the uvb lamp from kts because if you use it as directed as I have I would hope you had similar good results.
I've had better results after three weeks of using the lamp than I ever had from years of prescriptions.

In 2023, I needed a hip replacement. Unfortunately I had a patch of psoriasis right where the surgeon wanted to cut and he refused to operate as he said it was an infection risk. It would have taken months to get an appointment with a dermatologist and the coal tar cream prescribed by the GP had no effect. My husband purchased the KTS UVB Lamp at my request and I followed the regime set out in the booklet but then continued to use it until the skin was completely cleared. When I eventually got a phone consultation with a dermatologist, he approved of what I had done. I successfully had my operation about five months later. That was in August 2023, the even better news is - the psoriasis hasnt returned in this area of skin! I have lived with mild psoriasis for over sixty years and although it has waxed and waned over the years it has never disappeared for this length of time. I was very cautious to the extent that I used the lamp and I doubt whether areas such as my elbows and knees would stay clear. I suppose I could have had UVB light treatment on the NHS but, for the number of hospital visits that would have required, investigating in a KTS UVB Lamp was far better for both me and the NHS!
